In particular, we support them with challenges related to liquidity and profitability indicators, as well as accounting issues that necessitate restructuring measures. Based on a thorough analysis of your company, we will develop a proposal tailored precisely to your needs.

The initial consultation is free of charge. For each subsequent consultation, we charge €250 per hour plus any additional expenses until the individual offer is finalized.

In the field of risk management and corporate restructuring, a structured pricing system is hardly possible, as the complexity of the mandates must be assessed individually.
The fee structure is based on the key risk factors and the
Analysis effort for your company as well as the composition and size of the expert team:

- Company size & revenue size: These serve as the primary indicator for the

- Liquidity and profitability indicators: These key figures determine the degree of crisis intensity. A looming insolvency requires a significantly higher level of liquidity and profitability.
